How to Participate and Conditions of the Lucky Draw:

Anyone who books a Solar PV System at a minimum amount of Rs. 6,999/- from MYSUN or through an Authorised Business Partners between April 1, 2018 and September 30, 2018 including both these days, can participate in this offer, subject to meeting the Eligibility Criteria defined below.
Cashbacks are being offered for a total amount of Rs 1,00,000 (INR One Lac)
The individual cashbacks will be awarded in the following denominations:
- Rs 50,000 – 1 number
- Rs 25,000 – 1 number
- Rs 15,000 – 1 number
- Rs 5,000 – 2 numbers
The cashback winners will be decided by a Lucky Draw amongst the Eligible Customers.
The sooner you book your MYSUN Solar PV System, the greater are your chances to win the Mega Cashback of Rs 50,000 or the other cashbacks.
- If a booking is completed in April 2018, you get 3 Lucky Draw Coupons
- If a booking is completed in May 2018, you get 2 Lucky Draw Coupons
- If a booking is completed in June 2018, you get 1 Lucky Draw Coupon
- If a booking is completed in July 2018, you get 1 Lucky Draw Coupon
- If a booking is completed in August 2018, you get 1 Lucky Draw Coupon
- If a booking is completed in September 2018, you get 1 Lucky Draw Coupon

One customer is eligible to win only one cashback award. If a person has 3 Lucky Draw Coupons in hand and has won a cashback in his first or the second run, then the rest 2 Lucky Draw Coupons or 1 Lucky Draw Coupon, as the case may be, will become null and void.

The Lucky Draw Coupons will be included in the Lucky Draw only if the customer is an Eligible Customer and has met all the Eligibility Criteria. In case of a default of any of the terms of the Eligibility Criteria, the Lucky Draw Coupons of such a customer shall not be included in the Lucky Draw.
The decision of the Company will be binding and final. The Company reserves the sole right to alter or discontinue or terminate the MYSUN Summer Offer without any prior notice and without any liability.
This offer is valid for customers (MYSUN Solar PV System installation sites) in the following cities/districts only – Gurugram (Gurgaon), Delhi, Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad.
Minimum valid system size is a 3kW system or a minimum Contract Value of Rs. 2,00,000/-
Maximum valid system size is 25kW
The winner will be selected at random via a lottery pick at a public event hosted by MYSUN where all participants will be invited.

Eligibility Criteria & Payment Terms:

For Capex Customers - who do not avail of MYSUN Flexi-Pay^TM or the deferred payment plans
- Book by paying atleast Rs 6,999/-
- Pay 20% of the Contract Value as Advance Payment. The booking amount will be adjusted in the Advance Payment.
- Pay 75% of the Contract Value before dispatch of material to the customer location
- Pay 5% of the Contract Value on Installation of the MYSUN Solar PV System/li>
- All the payments to be made by the customer within 7 days of the MYSUN Payment Demand Notice
For Flexi-Pay^TM Customers - who avail of the MYSUN Flexi-Pay^TM or the deferred payment plans
- Book by paying atleast Rs 6,999/- and submit all the documents required for the credit check to the Company within 3 days of paying the booking amount.
- Pay the first instalment of the Contract Value within 3 days of the Flexi-Pay^TM approval by the Company. The booking amount will be adjusted in the first instalment.
- Pay the balance monthly and/or bulk instalments as per Payment Schedule communicated through the Flexi-Pay^TM approval.
- No cheques/ payment instructions should have been reversed or cancelled or modified by the customer.
The customer should have made all the payments to the Company as per MYSUN Standard Payment Terms
There should not have been any defaults on any of the conditions of the MSYUN Standard Payment Terms
This offer is valid for customers (MYSUN Solar PV System installation sites) in the following cities/districts only – Gurugram (Gurgaon), Delhi, Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad.
The Company reserves the right to deny eligibility to participate in the Lucky Draw to any customer whose cheques would have bounced or returned unpaid by the bank during the term of the Flexi-Pay^TM.
The Company reserves the right to deny cashback to any customer who defaults on the Flexi-Pay^TM terms or whose cheques bounce or return unpaid by the bank during the term of the Flexi-Pay^TM.

How will the Cashback be awarded:

For Eligible Customers under “Capex Customers”
- The relevant cashback amount will be paid via a cheque within 30 days of the Lucky Draw event. The recipient will be required to credit the cheque within 90 days of the issue of the cheque. The cashback will only be given to the customer in whose name the MYSUN Solar PV System is invoiced and is non-transferable. If the customer fails to credit the cheque within the 90 days period, then the Company reserves the right to cancel the cheque and deny issuing any new replacement cheque.
For Eligible Customers under “Flexi-Pay^TM Customers”
- The relevant cashback amount will be adjusted from the last monthly instalments of the customer. A Company Note towards the same shall be issued to the customer.
